treat as change of mind, authorise return, with Amazon unpaid label, assuming the request is within the time period permitted by Amazon Terms & Conditions. If it is not then the Return Request will be marked as out of policy (I think - not sure).

Whatever you do, do not forget to authorise if within time, as a A-Z claim due to refusal to authorise return WILL be decided in buyer’s favour immediately.

Within 30 days, the buyer does not need a reason for return, they have a right to inspect and reject the item if unhappy for any reason, you have to accept the return, but in this case if you listed under the main listing for the product and normally comes with a charger, then adding notes that parts are missing, may not protect you in the event of an A-Z claim.

You may be best to message the buyer pointing out you mentioned in condition notes the missing accessories, but you will be happy to accept the return and refund the full amount paid (but not return postage cost).

Amazon is not the best site to sell incomplete electronics, as buyers expect the product to reflect the advertised new item, but in a used condition.

On Amazon, the items which you sell need to exactly match the listing in every detail, along with what corresponds with the EAN code.

If the original product comes with accessories, you are not allowed to sell it incomplete with some parts missing and this applies regardless if you mentioned how is your item different and which parts you no longer have in the condition notes or listing description.

You are not only required to accept the return but you need to pay for the return postage as well.

after a a to z claim wanting to return the watch and it was closed in our favour
then returned the iteam before 1 day left out of 30 days . can they have the wright to open up aa to z case again

Many brands of mobiles now come without charger, just a USB cable.

I think 02 now have that as a policy on all their phones supplied on their network, regardless of brand or model …
