Account association----Help!

**Could anyone please help me? **

**After receiving the performance nofication, i asked the amazon support to tell me the associated store full name and checked the information of this store on amazon. But i have not found the real reason of the association from now. **

**I had received the Performance notifications in my all european account for two weeks. But i checked my all account information corporate Information, internet environment and bank card information. I could not find any association reason except the brands information and the products. **

**I used two brands to sell my products and one is the associated store’ brand name, another is my authorizedbrand name. We just sold the same category products on amazon and i had used its brand name. But it is just as same as in the Amazon category and i can be sure that my account information is unique and the information have not been disclosured. We just sell one similar product and use its brand. Will it cause the account association? **

Could you please tell me if it possible to cause the account association?

I have sold car products on amazon for about 4 years and i have the legal VAT register information and brands on amazon. And now the Amazon said i have another account. If i have another account, the Amazon would not allow me passe the account application in the beginning.

The performance notification as follows:

Hello,

Your Amazon.co.uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account Aig******ore which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the Tobetree-EU Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, Tobetree-EU please follow the below steps:

  1. You must first reactivate the account associated with Aig******ore by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

  2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, Tobetree-EU by using this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/notifications. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

What if I don’t own the account – Aig**ore ?

If you believe you do not own the other account, please follow the below steps:

  1. If you once owned the account/were a rights owner but no longer own it/no longer have account rights, please submit an appeal following this https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/notifications and provide supporting documentation to show that you no longer own it/no longer have any relationship to this account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.

  2. If you do not recognize the above account and believe this de-activation was in error, please submit an appeal following this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.fr/performance/notifications and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

If you do not provide a valid appeal, or choose not to appeal the deactivation, after 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting [disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk](mailto:disbursement-appeals@ Amazon.co.uk). We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

I understand that your account is suspended as it’s related to another account and you need assistance with reactivating it.

Appreciate your input @Anglozone.

Selling similar products is not a reason for an account being related to another account.

I’d like to help you identify the root cause.

  • Have you ever had anyone helping you before with your selling account in any capacity?
  • Do you use any services that assist with your selling account?
  • Have you interacted with or engaged with anyone who has access to your personal information? (phone number, email address, banking details, credit card)
  • Does your family, friends, staff have access to any of the personal details mentioned above? If yes, there is chance that someone has created an account on Amazon using your personal information.
  • Did you receive any suspicious email from unknown sources?

If you’re able to identify anything that might have led to this, keep us posted. Seller forums community would like to help.

Thank you so much for your help and explanation. I used the Brand Tobetree + the brand Aigoss on our my listing title to sell the product before. Will it cause the account association?

I checked the Aigoss Store and it sells products on the same category as my store’s on amazon. Will it casuse the account assocition?

hey, thank you guys help me a lot. Now i knew the real reason now, because I called the Amazon Seller support team and they said it was caused by the name of the credit card holder of my store being the same as the legal representive’ name of the Aigoss Store. I had appealed and submitted my cardholder ID card picture and my company’s business license, but the Amazon still said that my information provided was not enough to unblock my store.

It is normal that people have the same name in the world. I make sure my credit card holder is not the same person as the legal representative of Aigoss Store.

Could you guys please tell me what provements i should provide for this problem?

We appreciate you for identifying the root cause.

To reactivate your current account, we request you to first work on the primary account to get it reactivated as per the issue on the account.

Once the primary account gets reactivated, please provide reactivation date and the account name in the appeal explaining about the root cause why both the accounts got related to each other along with your preventive actions to avoid the policy violations in future from your current account.

(Note: We recommend you to ensure maintaining one account as per your choice)

As per Amazon’s Prohibited seller activities and actions policy, operating and maintaining multiple seller central accounts is prohibited. However, an exception to this policy do exists. For this we would request you to visit our policy page by a click here

OK so on first reading your post you said

You own company A
Company A sells 2 brands

Company B is nothing to do with you except for they are the brand owners of one of the brands you sell

That’s normal - I sell more than 2 brands however,

The same credit card has been used on both accounts which means you are linked to both accounts

Both accounts sell the same products which is against amazon policy
