Call back from amazon needed

Hello, could anyone tell me how to get amazon to call me please. They are telling me to refund a buyer when the buyer has not gone to delivery office to collect goods, a bit unfair i feel and would rather talk to someone about it.

Are you talking about an A-Z claim?

If yes, you are not supposed to contact the Seller Support but represent your case by the 3 days deadline.

I have items that or missing or been stolen asking Amazon FBA tell my that the items have no items which i showed them clearly i sent the items . ask Amazon FBA to call my a month ago no call yet .

What do I do ?
