Read onlyI have been messaging Amazon Sellers Help since March 2024. I have explained that I have not used the account in over 10years. The company closed in 2017 which I have sent them proof of closure. There is a retention value of £18 something on my account so the online system will not allow me to close the account. They have forced me to add a valid card onto saying this will be allow me to get the payment out and then I would be able to close the account down. So I did that and then requested the balance be paid out - it did not work and then they said I needed to add a new bank account as they can't pay out to a card.... so I ok but the system would not allow me to delete the old (closed) account details so I could add new ones.... they then said I would need to be verified and that could only happen with a phone call which they would have to do. I arrange a time they did not call - then they said I did not answer the call but my phone did not show a missed call !!! this happened a couple time and now they have limited my account due to being dormant (only now its hasn't been used in over 10 years) and now I can not even create a new help request and when I call Amazon they say the sellers central has NO phone contact !!! They gave me a link to make a request without login into your account but when I tried to reply to the "copy and paste generic response" I get a message saying I can't email that address even through the message has said reply to this message !!!!! I'm beyond myself in trying to get help from anyone in the sellers team !!!
