Yes, you can make changes like that in your Notification Preferences. I wouldn’t rely on them though.

Yes, you can. Also, you may want to install the seller app. It too can send a notification each time there is an order.

I get 3 notifications and always have for well over a decade. The Seller app, obviously and then an email (handily shows the exact fees charged) and an SMS text message.
I would assume it’s a thing I set up in Notifications as Dremel said.
As for reliability, the SMS Text always comes through before the others but I can’t remember a time when I didn’t receive all 3 within a few minutes.
Obviously this is not the same for FBA orders where I only get an email confirming disptach.
