Trademark Violation
How can I have 2 trademark violations when they are for the same product with the same ASIN? The accuser has said that I am selling their brand of product which I am not.
If I wanted to brand my crystals I would buy my own branded bag like they have. I do not want to sell this company’s brand of crystal as I do not stock their product, also a natural crystal cannot be trademarked as none are the exact same. The original listing has been changed by the brand that has accused me of selling their product. As usual it is an impossibility to get Amazon to believe anything I say. So not sure what to do in this case my account is probable going to be shut down.

It will help if you can post the ASIN but, from what you say, (about the bag having their brand name), it does sound like you have listed on a trademarked listing.

HI Jackie1
thank you for your reply, it is a trademarked listing now but when I originally posted my item on this listing it was not it was just to sell a Amethyst crystal Cluster on its own not including a bag with a brand name. I do not know how some people can change the listing details I have been selling products for a number of years on Amazon and have been the one to list a few thing from scratch but I can never change the core listing once the item is up for sale.

What amazon mail says?
did they write to upload invoice otherwise we might not allow to sell?

You would think that Amazon would be able to check a cached version of the listing at the date that you added your offering to the listing. Is it worth pointing out the date you first listed and asking them to do that?
