We have sold USED-LIKE NEW item with condition notes stating that packaging will be damaged. We contacted customer prior to dispatch to confirm they are aware of this condition - NO RESPONSE.
Now the customer left a 1 star rating stating that we did not disclose item's condition till after dispatching it to him and the box is damaged!
Asked amazon to remove this as this is completely false, but amazon keeps on rejecting it and refusing to remove it!

Your issue may be that i believe under Amazon's condition guidelines an item cannot be "like new" if the packaging is damaged.

we could not be anymore transparent with this product but if the buyer is not checking the condition notes or replying to our messages how is this our problem?

Customer states:
1. The toaster is completely cracked. - the item got damaged during transit as it was absolutely fine!
2. The box is all taped and in a very bad condition. - We have sold this item as a 'USED-LIKE NEW' and stated that the 'original box will be damaged'
3. Bought as new but there is breadcrumbs inside the box. - We stated that the product has been TESTED on our listing in the condition notes. Therefore some residual breadcrumbs may remain, as product is tested.
4. Definitely used and has been packaged very poorly again. - Customer did not purchase NEW item, this item has been TESTED, NOT USED.
Could you please look into this asap and get this removed if possible?
