Where is the Order Completed (Paid) date?
I have noticed that every now and again I have ‘Pending’ orders and currently on the ‘Orders’ page I have 2 books that have been pending and now are listed as an order.
The ‘Order Date’ is shown when the customer originally ordered, NOT when they paid and the order was complete.
Since the ‘Ship By’ date is still in the future, Amazon must use the 'Paid date/Time to calculate that value, as I have the standard 1 - 2 days 'handling time (Checked).
Nowhere on the Orders page can I find that ‘Paid D/T’, which determines t5he Ship date.
It must exist in ‘the system’ so why can’t I find it ???

Can I ask why you need the Paid Date?
You have the Order Date, Ship by Date and Deliver by Date - why do you need to know the date paid?
If you have 1-2 day handling set, then Paid Date will be 2 days before Ship Date (unless they paid after Friday cut off time or at weekend which will give you a Ship Date of the Tuesday)

I am trying to understand the algorithm by which the ‘Ship by’ date is calculated.
All my books (as far as I am aware are using the default with regard to this), so need to understand how the whole thing works now, before I decide to change the ‘Handling Time’ from default to something else.
It must use the ‘Paid D/T’, ‘Handling Time’, Current D/T’ and probably something else.
I have the same ‘Delivery service’ for all books, so the ‘Delivery Date’ to the customer is the ‘Delivery service’ time + ‘Ship by’ date.
Yet I have DIFFERENT delivery dates for different books, currently some 9th and some 9th - 10th.
It should be easy to define the algorithm I am looking for or is it a secret?

Just to add to the above, I did some testing this morning 6th March 2023.
Using the same book I looked at the impact on the Delivery Date to the customer when the Handling Time (HT) varied. Part of that is below. NOTE 11th and 12th are weekend.
HT Value Delivery Date Business Days
4 10th - 13th 5 - 6
5 13th 6
6 13th - 15th 6 - 8
7 15th - 16th 8 - 9
So sometimes the delivery date spans 3 days, 2 days or just 1day.
This logically does not make sense to me.
