Account verification

Hello, After 6 years amazon ask me document verifying seller account. First time I sent ID card, but one year ago I lost it. Now I sent passport and they get different numbers because I did not sent ID card. My seller accpount was suspended because is not verifying. What can I do?

Is your passport in exactly the same name as the primary contact person?
Seller Central > Settings > Account Info > Primary Contact Person Information

Could you post here all communication regarding the matter?

It is very unlikely that Amazon would ask you to submit your ID again, as a part of the second account verification.

I had the second verification last month and they only asked me to provide information about additional users.

Please send ID. When I sent passport they ask me which number: ID card or passport? I mark passport number, because I sent passport. ID card with old number was lost. Now received this letter what my account is closed.
