SDS-Product contains two separate items with correct SDS for both
The item we are selling contains two separate products. This is a valid SDS for both products. In submitting a SDS, both products are covered and claimed as not hazardous. We have been rejected multiple times with the same message.
This ASIN contains multiple products. One or more of them might be a chemical-based product that may be regulated as a dangerous good. If so, a valid SDS is required. An exemption sheet will not be accepted.
The question, I have is how to get Amazon to listen? When addressing this situation, I get the same standard message in how to submit a SDS form. The reply is then marked as answered. My products are stranded. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks

I have submitted a valid SDS 5 times with the same response. Both products are included with a valid SDS. In the mean time, Amazon is holding my products.

Someone is not addressing the concern. Amazon is not accepting the SDS even though it is correct. Perhaps it is not accepted for the same reason that no one is addressing our concern. How do you contact someone that will actually respond to the issue?
