Reporting a buyer for being dishonest

hi everyone I need some advice or help for this,

We have few dishonest buyer experiences. First, I wanted to know how to block the buyer for buying again to my shop. Second, to report the buyer for not to harm anyone business. I have experiences quite few who abuse the system of return for saying defective item and when receives it back to me, it is working perfectly. Of course we have to pay for postage twice and waste of our time as a seller. How can we do this? If amazon only favours the buyer not the seller? We have few return and asking for refund even the courier proof it has been delivered to their address. It is a lost situation here. Amazon only refund £4 even the item is £25. Where is the fairness in this amazon site? Alot of scammers around the amazon nowadays, why is it there is no scouts to caught for this people? Even it is an obvious scammer, proof over proof, amazon still refund the buyer full.

Unfortunately it is not possible to block a buyer on Amazon. Amazon prides itself on being 'customer-centric', ie. the customer is always right !! If you are sure they are abusing the system then you can report them via Report a violation - bu don't hold your breath !!

With the returns, you've got a couple of options...

- Assuming you are using the prepaid return labels, if the buyer has misused the returns process - you can raise a safe T claim for this.

- You could also choose to opt out of the prepaid return label system. This would mean you would need to take control of approving returns and you would still need to supply a paid label if they claimed defective - but you would be able to deduct the cost of the label from the refund if you found it not to be defective.

Hello! @Seller_o37jFyX3m8nQs

This is Roberto. Dealing with buyers with such behaviours is both frustrating and exhausting, as @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid mentioned, there is no option to directly block a buyer.

If you have a persisting and abusive buyer, I highly encourage you to report using the standard paths. Gather as much evidence as possible and submit a detailed report using the : Report abuse form. If you have a situation that you consider it requires additional attention, please share more details here (such as order IDs) and I will forward it for review.

Regards,

Roberto
