"Account Status information Provided. Your account is under €15,000 disbursement limit."

Hi dear,

I’m a new seller and when I click on the gear then it shows “Seller Account Information” then it says “Account Status
information Provided. Your account is under €15,000 disbursement limit.” either though I am in UK and it shows in € and not in £ and what does the “€15,000 disbursement limit.” mean?
