The incredible immorality of Amazon's delivery policy towards sellers.

Does anybody know what is being done if anything about the unbelievable disconnection between Amazon and delivery companies who don’t provide the service they should do….

We’ve all had it time and time again, we send an item and include tracking, the item doesn’t arrive and the seller claims a full refund, we receive negative feedback and our accounts risks deactivation, we lose money and the delivery companies have no responsibility whatsoever…. How can this be right and is anything being done about it?

If there is tracking on the item and the tracking shows it hasn't arrived then you should be able to claim from the delivery company?

Most delivery companies will normally pay compensation for non delivered items. If you are using Royal Mail 24/48 services these are non compensation services though.

However non delivery of items is rare so if you are getting a lot of non delivered items you need to look into why. Is it the way you pack items or are you using a bad courier?

There are also issues with Royal Mail where you have delivery confirmation scans and they are not scanning the item on delivery and customers are then claiming a freebie.

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

Can you please share the order ID so I can take a look?

Kind regards,

Sarah.
