Declaration of Conformity for toys

Hi,

Is anyone else having the same problems as me ? suppliers and even brand owners who are failing to supply me Declaration of Conformity for toys no matter how many times I request them.

All products are genuine and from large brands.

Brand owners simply ignore me. Suppliers tell me they are just distributers.

I have informed them that the D.O.C should follow the supply chain - so you should have it to pass on, then they ignore me … Companies I give £100,000’s too, every year - but yet not helping…

Is there any legal jargon , I can throw at them to help ? Ive contact trading standards this morning, im expecting it to take a few days to get back to me…

Any help or advice really appreciated it
