There is no contact or address shown as the customer cancelled and they left bad feedback saying not received. Amazon Auto say contact customer, how? There is no contact to see as it was cancelled.
Very Disappointed in Amazon on this as we send everything at an extra expense tracked but this was cancelled

I’ve removed the response but feel very upset that you can be treated like this by Amazon.
Our account has gone down so reduces orders through this which is not our fault.
And we cannot contact customer as Amazon remove their details when cancelled but they are saying to contact them? How?

You’ll get bad feedback and unfortunately theres nothing you can do about it, feels so much more unfair when its not your fault.

I personally don’t hold the odd bad feedback again a seller, but I will look for their reply, what they said about it, and how they handled it, to me they are more helpful than good feedback, because I want to know that IF something goes wrong how is the seller going to handle it.

I can beat you, I have one at the moment because the customer give me the wrong address, order was returned “not known at this address”, they are convinced they put the right address in and that somehow their order now has the wrong address. Asked if they’d mind removing the feedback and they basically said no, but they will add a followup to say the delay wasn’t my fault… so I still have a bad feedback and a mark on my ODR for something that I had no control over at all.

You’re not the only one :frowning: it sucks :frowning: the system should be better in hundred ways and not just for feedback, but sadly it is what it is.

Unfortunately support for sellers are powerless to do anything about anything and its getting worse.
I have a clear case and proof that a vine member who is leaving negative product reviews for my products, is a director of the same company of a seller he’s leaving positive product reviews for and they still drag their knuckles on the ground. Clear policy violation isn’t enough anymore I’m afraid.

I feel for you. in the last 2 years I have received a total of 25 negative feedbacks 22 of these feedbacks where for goods sold by other companies for items that I have never sold we get private apologies from the buyers to say they made a mistake many have contacted Amazon on our behalf to ask for the feedback to be removed none of them have been removed it is one of the many things on Amazon that makes a mockery of the policy which claims “Amazon policies are safe for buyers and fair to sellers”
