QZ Tray not installed on home laptop because I dont have a printer at home.

I have just uninstalled the QZ tray and is now working again.

i went to the bottom where the printer icon is , found the QZ tray and clicked on quit , i tried reset etc but nothing happened

Was having the same issues with bulk buy shipping. Remarkably, uninstalling qz tray seems to work and does the job. DO NOT REINSTALL QZ TRAY. Prints to a PDF file, so you will then need to print from PDF file. BUT IT DOES WORK!!!! - YIPEE!!

We seem to be getting a lot of reports of QZ Tray causing issues with Amazon UK. Here's one from our mailing list:

Note that all support issues for QZ Tray must first go through Amazon UK support. This one seems to have enough people complaining that we'll need to email them to see what they changed that broke things.

QZ Tray have now emailed their point of contact at Amazon to try and escalate this issue.
Let's hope their POC is more competent than Seller support.
