feedback removal case automatically closed without option to reopen

Getting sick and tired of this.

@Winston_Amazon can you please look at the feedback left for order 204-5500406-5141961

This is 100% a product review

Requested removal and in the same minute I raised the case, it was closed without any opportunity to respond. I then spent 20 minutes on a 'chat' only to be told how to request removal - which I had originally done.

This has happened 3 times in the last 7 days and it is so frustrating!

I can at least share with you a positive outcome. The Partner Team informed me that the feedback had been removed. Please monitor your ODR in the next 48 hours to make sure that it is updated.
