VTR PROBLEMS

Is Evri a carrier that will give a valid tracking number for the Amazon VTR? If so, which is the tracking number I should put in to Amazon? I tried Royal Mail 48 but the VTR never got beyond 85% so I have now switched to EVRI for Amazon orders. When I used Royal Mail ship 48 the tracking number went in using the same shipping procedure for all orders, but about 25% never showed as tracked. Even though I have swapped to EVRI the VTR is still falling. What I am doing wrong so I can get the 95% VTR needed.

AMAZON MODERATERS PLEASE ANSWER

I had this problem once.

Then I found out that my logistics provider would delegate parcels to other logistics companies when they were halfway through shipping, but they would not upload the new tracking code to the Amazon platform!

If your logistics provider changes the new tracking code halfway through the journey, you need to manually upload it on the order page, which can effectively increase the effective tracking rate.

However, you need at least 10 days to see a noticeable effect, as Amazon only counts orders made 10 days ago.

so the answer is, switch back to Royal Mail 48.if you were relatively happy with the service.

The reason you never got above 85% is because that service only has a delivery scan, but the postal workers simply don’t scan about 20% of deliveries.

HOWEVER, amazon state in their own VTR policy pages that unscanned Royal Mail parcels will have their tracking numbers validated in the background. As one as the numbers themselves are valid, they won’t remove your selling privileges.

It won’t improve your VTR percentage and you will still get warning emails. However we used RM 48 for several years, continued to get warning emails but never lost selling privileges.

I post mostly by RM48 and my VTR is around the 70% mark.

It has been like this for months and I have never had any issues from Amazon. Amazon validate the unscanned packages before issuing any suspension so you don't need to worry about being above 95%.

As the others have said, don't try to get to that elusive 95%, The only absolute way is by using Buy Shipping, but if RM 48 works for you, even if under 95% then that's fine.
