It is important to have the correct data filled in Seller Central so the correct VAT and tax can be applied.
Please go to the help page "Determination of "Establishment" for EU VAT"
https://sellercentral.amazon.de/gc/vat-education/voec-establishment
and on the left choose your country so you will see which documents are required to submit.
Please submit these documents through the button on your Account Health page.
Make sure the information in the docs matches the information filled in Seller Central. If not, please update Seller Central first.
