Customer Service Review Serious Repetitve Error
I can find no way of advising the correct department within Amazon of a clear error regarding one of my highest rated and best selling products in FBA.
The item ASIN B071ZQGKM6
(1) Has 4.6 out of 5 stars.
(2) Is still being sold on FBA by another company.
(3) Is being sold by me (but only on seller fulfilled).
(4) I have sold it on FBA for over two years.
(5) My shop has had zero negative reviews in the past 12 months.
“This inventory is under customer service review. No action is currently required. There might be additional information in the Case Log . If it is determined that your inventory cannot be relisted, you are required to Create a removal order” .
This happened before Christmas and the stock was all returned back to me (despite my raising a case).
I have sent another batch to FBA assuming it was a simple “one off” error but have got the same message and ithese items are also now “stranded inventory”.
Does anyone have any ideas on a solution.

This product is one of 100 or so LOQi products that we sell as LOQI’s main authorised distributor in the UK.
It does match the listing perfectly as it is the exact same item sold by LOQI.
