Related account suspension but I have no connection to the related amazon account. Please help!
Hi everyone! I’ve posted before about my situation and it’s only getting worse.
I was suspended due to a related account that was suspended in January 2020. I have now managed to track down the other seller and I have confirmed all the details on our accounts are different and we have absolutely no connection whatsoever.
They were suspended due to 5-star manipulation which they’ve admitted they did. They’ve tried to appeal but have been unsuccessful.
I’ve appealed multiple times and keep receiving the same generic reply over the last 60 days.
I’ve tweeted amazon too and that hasn’t helped. My “Partner Manager” from Amazon has not responded once to my emails.
I genuinely can’t figure out what my options are now? Where do I go from here? Has anyone been in a similar situation and sorted this out?
