Keep getting International orders but I don't ship international
Hi, I only do seller fulfilled items. And I wish to only sell to UK buyers.
Maybe once every few weeks I get an order to send to Ireland or Germany for example. All my items are free postage (Intended to be sent here within UK only) so these buyers are forcing me to post Internationally for free.
I checked my shipping settings, only UK is ticked and I have no international postage settings at all.
I have never listed any items on international Amazon sites (to my knowledge)
I don’t understand what is going wrong.
One theory I have is buyers are using VPNs to trick Amazon into thinking their location is somewhere it is not. But i could be wrong.
Does anyone have any advice? thanks in advance.

Have you checked the shipping template too?

I seem to have 2 shipping templates for some reason.
first named “migrated template-copy” followed by the word DEFAULT.
second named “migrated template”
The first has only UK shipping options, the second does indeed have international free postage.
But I thought have the first as DEFAULT will only let UK orders come through right?

Thank you everyone for your replies.
(I think) I have fixed it now.
I have removed international postage from the second template.
I did not even consider 2 different templates could be active and affecting my listings at once. I presumed the correct template having DEFAULT set next to it simply means that is applied to 100% of items automatically. So whatever the second template had in it meant nothing and was not on any items.
