This is outrageously unfair ground for me a seller.

Unfortunately no-one from a 'senior team' will even see this post, a forum moderator might read it if you tag them in, but apart from that no-one here can actually do anything to help.
Is this all to do with the country of establishment of your account ? - many of us had to go through a very complicated re-verification process, submitting endless documents. If so you just need to provide exactly what they are asking for. Check out your Performance Notificationsand see if anything there, (type into blue search box at top of page).

Have you tried to contact the Account Health Support Team via the 'Call me Now' button?

Yes , they keep showing the " inability to further transfer the case or provide any related help"
Further suggesting to write to seller review email address asking for reasons
Writing to seller review email address , keeps prompting standard response which is " Your account will remain closed"
I don't know where to reach out now!
