We would like to disable 'Amazon Business EU SARL' as a buyer from us, the main reason for this is that we would like to organise the customer services for the orders.
It is quite apparent that Amazon customer services know nothing about the products that we sell so if a customer has a particular problem or issue we can in almost all cases let the customer know how to get over the problem.
We would also like to be in charge of any returns that may occur.
If you disable Amazon list your products across EU marketplaces, I think they won’t buy from you anymore. This often leads to losses for us.
However, if your problem is just with customer service and you're using FBA, I'm afraid they will still respond to customers.
Are you referring to Invoice by Amazon customers?

From there you can untick FBA and FBM and you shouldn't get any more IBA orders.
