How to get "trademark infringement" issue resolved?
Hi all
I noticed at start of this month a load of my listings were suddenly “inactive” - turns out amazon had de-activated them due to a potential trademark infringment issue (odd that i didnt actually get any emails from amazon about this for another week lol)…
So i opened a case asking why my listings were not active and they explained about the trademark issue - I explained to them it was not an issue i am an authorised seller and gave them instructions on how to verify this on the manufacturers website…
They would not accept any explanation from me and insisted i change the listings to remove the manufacturers name etc or provide a letter from said manufacturer saying i am authorised… So i did get the letter and provided it on the 8th… Now for 4 days nothing from amazon, i have asked in the case 2 days ago and again today when my listings will be re-activated as i have now provided all the proof they asked for but i am no longer getting a response.
How can I escalate this, is that even possible? seems very odd how amazon have stopped my listings but i see loads of others on amazon from companies i know are black listed by the manufacturer lol
Anyway, any advice on how i can try and get amazon to speed up sorting this out would be great?
thanks

You thought that someone would take the time, and make the effort to check? They won’t, you need to supply a letter of authorization from the manufacturer for the goods in question, to show that you are permitted to sell them on Amazon.
Each time you contact them your case gets bumped to the back of the queue again and you have to wait for it to slowly work to the front again.
Do not contact them again about this yet, try and have a little patience.
If you have not heard anything in a week then perhaps escalate at that time
