Hermes & Isle of Wight

Why on some items does Amazon allow only Hermes drop off as the return method? (FBA)
This is causing issues for a customer on Isle of Wight who do not have access to Hermes parcel shops (there are none on the island).
I guess the buyer would need to contact amazon to request another return shipping method?
