Editing VTR numbers retrospectively
My VTR rate is sitting at 74, I am a low quantity seller and ship around 25 items a month. I do everything RM 2nd class signed for. After reviewing the VTR report I think I may have input the tracking numbers on some incorrectly.
Does anyone know if I can input the correct numbers replacing the incorrect ones? There are 7, which may be affected. These items will probably have been delivered as some go back to August. If I can’t its not going to be worth my while finding and checking the incorrect numbers. Saying that I try to be accurate, I would be surprised if I got that many wrong!

Checked the tracking numbers on the RM tracking service on their website, I got 3 wrong by omiting a single digit, 3 are correct but look like they have probably not been scanned on delivery (though these numbers are supposed to be checked by Amazon and should be ok). The other has the correct number and has delivery. 4 of these should not be on the list of failed VTR method!!! Bonkers!

Hi again
I’m a strong believer in supporting our local Post Office workers who have kept amazon’s parcels moving in this time of crisis, I don’t think they have been appreciated enough, they have put up with a lot. That is married to Amazon paying less tax than I do! I’m not putting any more pennies in their pockets, I know its cheaper but I already give amazon enough money. I work full time so I’m not earning a living from it. I am having a clearout of a couple of hundred items and going digital. I only sell graphic novels and dvds which have to have VTR now, which is only a recent thing. I’m in a fortunate position I know, many sellers arn’t.

I expect you are correct, but I just feel that Amazon gets enough money from me for an almost entirely automatted transaction. I wll not give them any more, not with the VTR email threats etc. They have enough money coming I they won’t miss it. I won’t be convinced about the buuy shipping.
