Am I being scammed?
Hi
Please can I ask a question about something I’m selling? It feels like something is going on and I am being scammed by another seller.
I have a product I sell at £12.95. I have over 80 in stock. However, when I find my listing on Amazon, the images are wrong, plus it says I only have 4 left in stock. It is also a lower price of £11.99.
It’s as if someone has hijacked the listing and is selling their item instead of mine.
Can someone explain what’s happening please? Thanks

What is the ASIN of the product so we can look?

If it’s FBA, you will probably find the missing stock in FC transfer.
As to the price, more than likely Amazon are providing a discount, if it still your goods in the buy box.
But have you actually looked at the other sellers on the listing?

Ok, took a look and another seller is on the listing at £11.99, whilst yours is there with the buy box at £12.95.
Amazon have a single unit listed (warehouse deal) and the other seller appears to have 3 in stock.

With regard to the image changes Amazon will select the images they think should be on the product from those supplied by all the sellers. It is most likely they have changed as the other sellers have provided some. This can be a pain of an issue! We sell Branded goods and are the only seller of our products on Amazon but Amazon still change aspects of our listings on a regular basis. I have a case with them at the moment because on some of our listings they have changed the warranty details from 2 years to 10 years!! They have just said that they have a higher score to change the listing even tho they do not sell it themselves.
I suggest you to log a case about it but do not expect a quick reply my case about this has been ongoing for over 4 months now. Good Luck
