This appears in a box on my openng page and is not quite true, I am waiting to get my item back before refunding and have been for over 6 weeks.
How long will that box be there for ? Any experience of this please

It will stay there until you do something. You cannot close or cancel the return if the buyer never returns the items. I assume you have authorised the return?

I had this and authorised the return, the product never came back and it eventually disapeared off the front page after approx. 8 weeks I think.

It seems to be about 60 days then it disappears .

You have identified an issue which I raised months ago with seller support unfortunately the matter wasn’t resolved. Like the other seller has advised there is no option to close the return request if the order has not been returned.
