Manufacturer name in new product listing
Hello,
I am adding my first product to my Seller account, but I cannot go further than the first step. I suspect it is because the ‘Manufacturer’ fied required an alphanumeric strong - however the manufacturer is me, my brand, and I can oly but the name of the brand which is not alphanumeric.
Did I miss something?

The manufacturer’s name is the name of your company, which if it is WholyMe Ltd seems to fit the requirements. It is not the name of the brand

I still can’t progress in the listing when I use this name, so it might be something else but no field is highlited in red… I can’t ‘Save and Finnish’

We only sell on our website and when I enter the EAN number it doesn’t find any result

I am having the same issue for days, it is not accepting brand name . I have the barcode from GS1 . The Brand name is not trademarked but it is not compulsory to trademark a brand . Can anyone give me some light please ?
