DOC requests suddenly appearing

DOC requests suddenly appearing

I am having a problem with DOC requests.

Previously they used to appears in the Product Compliance Requests section and I got a month or so to sort it out.

Suddenly they are appearing and the due date is today and the item has already been removed.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I’ve just lost one now thats never been in my requests. I’ve 16 new requests but its not there and the detail page has just gone

Mine do appear. My issue is that they appear at the same time that the product is removed.
