ASIN not showing in most relevant results

Hi,

My best selling ASIN is not showing organically in the “most relevant results” for all of my best converting search phrases.

My listing is relevant, that ASIN currently has a bsr of less than 100, it has the Amazon’s choice badge etc.

It used to show my organic listings next to my sponsored listings and I am not sure when this changed.

There is another item listed in the most relevant results for these search terms which has a bsr of 90,000+

The only way I can make it appear in the most relevant results is by paying for these search terms in ppc which means that only my sponsored advert appears, my organic listing does not appear whether I turn ppc on or off.

This means that unless people click on “show all results”, which hardly anyone will do, they will not see my Amazon’s choice badge and I will have to pay for ppc.

I have a case open currently in Seller Central but am wondering if anyone else has experienced this or found out how to fix it?
