How to legally sell goods from Russia?

Greetings!
I signed up for Amazon.com as an Individual Seller with Professional Sales Plans earlier this year. Mainly sold in the American and Canadian markets, a little in Germany. Now amazon.uk has blocked my account and says that my type of sales (individual) needs to be changed to a professional type. I do not have a company in the UK or the EU. Can I, as a physical person and a citizen of Russia, somehow sell goods on amazon.uk and in Europe?
In Russia, I have a company, but I’m afraid Amazon will not accept the documents because they are in Russian.
Thanks in advance for your help!

An individual account is for selling off your own second-hand goods ONLY (e.g. a personal DVD collection). If you buy and sell for profit you must have an Amazon business account (sole trader or limited company). On Amazon.co.uk, a sole trader would have to register with HMRC and obtain a UTR. I don’t know how HMRC would respond to such an application from a Russian citizen living in Russia.

Alternatively, you could set up a limited company in the UK, although I don’t know how this would work for a Russian citizen. I would suggest you seek professional advice from a UK accountant, who would also know whether having a Russian company would make any difference.

Also, to store goods in uk, you would need to register for UK VAT
