Document keep loading, circling, to verify deposite method

Hello,

I am a new seller on Amazon, when I am trying to upload document to verify deposit account it keeps circling. It is showing a message in the pop-up dialogue box, "Uploading document securely Please wait...".

It is not moving forward, please advise.
