Worst Case of fraudulent buyer ever
Need Help with this incident
Buy buys the same item 3 times then cancels, then proceeds to buy 3 all in one go, addressed to a storage centre,
I shipped it tracked and signed for, as soon as i did this buyer says i wont be their to collect the parcel
Buy then requests amazon to refund him and cancel
Package gets signed for and delivered
Buyer then makes claim wrong item, which obviously its not
Also i have found a article about a person with the same name in the same area, who buys stuff and gets people to sign for it, was reported by dpd and had to do 12 months community service
worst case of fraud and so blatant
100£ + item total

A-Z always finds in favour of the scammer, sorry customer. We had one said item hadnt arrived, we asked them to confirm the delivery address, and they sent us a different address to the original. The raised an A-Z, still pending but I know how this is going to go, Amazon’s made its money.
