Buyer keeps putting in return requests
Friday, I’ve had one buyer put in, somewhere in the region of 20 return requests (item was dispatched on Friday and it hasn’t been delivered yet).
I’ve of course accepted one and every one since, but am I obligated to accept every return request that follows? The reason for return seems to keep changing with each one. They also keep sending the same messages repeatedly (about another 30-40 of those). I have replied answering questions but makes no difference, the repeated same questions and return requests continue with no acknowledgment to anything I write.
I have contacted seller support, but as you would expect, utterly useless. Any advise?

Ok, then accept the return requests and watch for delivery.
It will probably be that the buyer will refuse delivery and it will be returned to yourself.
No doubt they are not actually getting your responses as email is notoriously bad, with Amazon.
More than likely, they are ending up in the buyers junk folder.
It doesn’t matter how many return requests they open, only the first one will be valid.
It could be that they are just trying to confuse things, so that you slip up.
If the parcel is refused and once you KNOW that it is on the way back, then just refund it.
Otherwise, let them send the item back via the return.
There really isn’t a great deal more than you can do. Other than maybe answering whatever they are asking via snail mail and explain that you have responded, but they are getting your responses.
What exactly are they asking?
