How do you report a seller who is falsely rebranding products and preventing other sellers from listing them through Intellectual Property Complaints. This seller has transformed multiple branded products into their own brand, despite those products clearly belonging to established companies. Their whole shop consists of braded items that have been changed to their own brand.
Is there a way to report this seller, rather than having to open a separate case for each individual product? Unfortunately, it seems the automated systems have not detected that the GTINs are linked to the original brands, allowing this practice to continue.

In all likelihood, the product is a multipack of a branded product, so they've got their own GTIN and listed it that way. Not right at all - but the floodgates opened on this practice years ago, and getting amazon to stop it is unlikely.
Whenever i've reported a listing i've done it as a buyer using the "report an issue with this product". I do that on the basis they may take it more seriously coming from a buyer than another seller.
Doesn't seem to work either :-(
Have you actually tried reporting it to the brand?
The brand maybe interested that they are preventing free trade of their products. They maybe able to stop their supply chain as well to prevent them from buying products in the future.
It is something that Amazon should take more seriously as it is one of a number of ways that a seller can abuse current policies and get a listing to themselves.
We have serious concerns about some fellow sellers who are also manipulating Amazon's IP policies to hijack listings. This is a little off-topic but I am sure most of you have had similar experience recently. We and some other sellers had our offers on some legacy listings from the time when trademark was not compulsory for new listings. Some of those listings had been running for several years with excellent sales ranks. Along came a new business who started registering image trademarks with UKIPO for brand names that wouldn't otherwise be possible to register (Paper Bag Company, for example). The trick being Amazon letting them register their UKIPO image trademarks into Brand Registry. All this new business had to do was use BR to kick everyone else out and own the listings. They have literally built a very successful business doing this. I had a look at their UKIPO owned trademarks and they have several dozen image trademarks specifically for use on Amazon Brand Registry. I have contacted SS every time we received a violation notice but no avail. is there anything we can do to stop this rampage and also open up the hijacked listings?
Have a look at Amazons own bundling policies its allowed following certain criteria
I suspect that I may have a similar issue.
I am listing a product under generic brand, however, I own the EAN and I bought it through GS1 UK.
I realised yesterday that my listing is now registered under someone's brand.
Is that possible?
TRADING STANDARDS, give the sellers details to them
is it Saras Foods UK
I've noticed every single item in their catalogue and across multiple selling accounts are not their brand!
