I'm reaching out to seek urgent assistance regarding an unresolved issue with my inbound shipment. The shipment was closed on March 9, 2025, and the system currently indicates that 76 units are missing.
We have already submitted valid documentation verifying the contents of the shipment. Although we received an email confirming an ongoing investigation, no further communication, clarification, or resolution has been provided.
We have tried to reach Seller Support multiple times with no answer or a clear path to fix the issue.
Given the prolonged duration and impact of this issue, I kindly request immediate attention from a moderator or support representative to expedite a review and resolution.
