DE VAT 2023 missing by Avalara

Hey everyone,

Avalara has not made my 2023 annual declaration for Germany since the mandatory changeover in October 2024. The German authorities are asking me for an insane amount of money. Neither Avalara nor Amazon have replied for several weeks.

Do you have the same thing? Any ideas?

I have the same issue with Avalara, they didn't send the declaration for Italy, France, Czech, Poland etc. they don't answer my emails, I can't find anyway to contact them.
