Not surprised amazon did not accept my Power of attorney letter to give me access to my account, being the only director of the company,

Can anyone give me some help, also this new forum layout (not good)

i am a sole trader and have just started up my business and amazon is asking me to provide an official business that i am the legal representative or beneficial owner, which i dont have, or a power of attorney signed by the beneficial owner confirming i am empowered to act on behalf of the company. im really confused can someone help me please

So currently amazon refuse to accept it, I personally don't rely on business anymore I want to close my ltd company down asap, but until this issue is resolved I can't really close it down.

It would have been easier shutting down my seller account and starting a new one at this rate.

So for the power of attorney, people have given examples, (I will fill in the example below, I just need someone to tell me it's actually correct.
