Ioss numbers what next
could anyone explain what i do with the ioss number amazon has provided to ship to ireland, i ship with dx secure…please help

The IOSS number needs to be digitally added to the shipment information. This shows that VAT has been collected by Amazon.
I am not sure how to do this with DX but I am sure if you ask them they will be able to take you through the process.

You need to ship with a courier that supports IOSS. I don’t know whether DX support IOSS, you’ll need to ask them how to complete IOSS electronic shipments.
If DX don’t ship with IOSS you’ll need to use another carrier that does.

thanks, DX say print it on the invoice attach to parcel then let them know, does that sound right too you as i am not sure if thats right ?

yes it comes through with my amazon orders, i am going to print it onto the invoice and attach to parcels
