Charge for basic seller

Hello,
I am a new seller looking to sell a few things just to start. I thought it would be good to go with the basic account as it is charged per item and no monthly few. I, however, was hit by a bill of £30 and I was wondering where that came from.
Is there anyone I can speak to sort this out?

You have inadvertantly signed up to the Pro selling plan, you’re not the first and won’t be the last - I believe the option to choose Individual plan is well hidden.
You will need to downgrade - go to Settings (top right) - Account Info - Your Services - Manage and downgrade.
Then you will need to open a case with Seller Support (help) and request a refund of the fee - it could take some time I believe.
