Refunds Window Disappear BEFORE Extended till 31 Jan 22

Buyer requested a return, November, 13 - ordered wrong the wrong one. It was returned yesterday with less packaging, not in the same condition intitally sent - damaged. I cannot re-sell.

The refund window for this order magically disappear a few weeks ago before the extended period.

So I have to go to ‘Manage order’ to offer a partial refund and to upload the photo of the damaged I received. There’s no upload button for this and the reason are none of those in the option?

Says on the link - no.4, For partial refunds you will be required to upload a photo of the damaged, defective, or materially different item.
