Our seller account has been restricted in the UK as well as all EU countries pending KYC verification.

The whole process stared on Saturday morning without any Heath or Performance notification or emails.

We are an active seller on Amazon and nothing on our end has changed, all the information is still the same, everything is up up date.

We also confirmed all our information, main contacts, emergency contacts, contacted support numerous times and the issue is still pending causing us huge losses every single day.

Can you please help us expedite the verification process and restore our account.

Sadly, we still do not have an update on our KYC verification and this has now become a business critical event.

Our account verification was triggered & responded to on 8th May 2024, today is June 4th 2024. It has been 30 days / 20 business days. This is now double the 10 working days as a maximum processing timeframe:

....."This validation can take up to 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases. During this time, your Identity Information cannot be edited."...

I am very sorry to trouble you all, but could I kindly call on your support to help conclude these KYC checks which are having a damaging effect on our business.

Please can this case be escalated to the managers of the internal team to complete this account review as a matter of priority today.

I recently changed my address on Amazon and it triggered the KYC Identity verification. After provided the profiles, only replied deactived. Never telling how should I do. It means Amazon take over all my property.

How can Amazon do it like this. Does it legal?
