Royal Mail reduced opening hours

Can anyone tell me, are the post offices now only going to be open 7am - 9am? I spoke to my local post office on Friday, who didnt know anything about reduced hours and would be said they would be open from 3 - 5pm as they have been for the past few weeks. Also does anyone know if collections will be affected?

Depots not Post Offices? Don’t know about collections.

We’re in Scotland and a lot of Post offices are shut, and depots are moving to 9-11am only.
Our collection is akin to a Saturday so around midday approx now.
