Buyer needs to pay item i already refunded
how the buyer can pay for the item he kept after i already refunded the money due to late delivery? I told him to refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives as i already refunded the money but he changed his mind when it arrived he kept it and said he will pay it instead. how will i do it?

It won’t happen.
Supposedly they can contact support and ask them to re-bill. But it never happens.
You might as well just right it off as a loss, or ask the customer to return it.

It is no good asking for a recharge. Amazon customer services simply do not understand. They usually ask the buyer to contact the seller and you just go around in circles.
Yes another unbelievably frustrating process. I find my self constantly dreaming of Jeff Bezos sitting next to me for a week. Would he be shocked by what he saw or would it all be ‘as designed’?

I have contacted amazon support and they replied quickly. They said that since the buyer wants to pay for the item, they have submitted the request to payments team and it will take 5-7 business for the charges to reflect in my account. Quite pleasantly surprised on the outcome though. I thought they would say its not possible.

Hi,
Something not right. We have exactly same situation, delivery was one day late by Royal Mail, customer contacted AMZ and they gave him his money back from our account . This is despite we having told the customer to be a little patient due to the unusual circumstances of the virus situation.
Later that days the parcel was delivered and he took it. We contacted him several times and he just gave us a runaround . We contacted AMZ and they told us , its our responsibility to contact customer and ask him to ask AMZ for retro charge on his card . No Chance.
They will never recharge the customer without his authorisation as far as we know,
