Require feedback adjustment
Order ID: # 206-5946393-6961103
Purchase date: Mon, 21 Feb 2022, 18:02 GMT
The customer left a negative feedback stating that the order was cancelled without explanation. This is untrue as the order was received on Mon, 21 Feb 2022, 18:02 GMT and shipped on Wed, 23 Feb 2022, 16:47 GMT via Royal Mail.
As this seems a genuine mistake by the buyer, how can I contact the buyer to make the adjustment?

This link should help:
Amazon
When you press the buyer’s name, It’ll come up with varying suggests of reasons why you’re messaging, most will be blanked out if it’s already been shipped etc. I think your options will be ‘Send necessary legal disclosures’, ‘Courtesy refund’ and ‘Unexpected problem with order’.
You could try pressing the arrow down for ‘actions’ on the feedback page and asking Amazon for removal, I doubt they will but worth a try. You can also post a public reply, I do this when I feel it’s wrongly written rather than contacting the customer.
