Refund an Order.
An order I received , Order ID 206—0611448-9889152 was posted with shipment bought from Amazon. At the time I noticed that the address was incomplete “ Biil , Liverpool, and the postcode. Stupidly I posted it as trying to contact a buyer is not easy on amazon. Predictably it was not delivered. I am happy to refund this order, How can I do this please? It is many moons since I had to do this. With Thanks Simone.

Go to orders, enter the order number, click the refund button, choose an appropriate reason for the refund..

Not sure why you find it difficult - simply click on the 'contact buyer' next to the address on the order. I think there is a button for 'unexpected problem with order' - or something like that.
Of course they might not reply, but it is easy enough to contact them.
