24 pending orders

I am new to fba. 1/2 of my first shipment was in *XFR (transfer) for about two weeks. I suppose that’s why there are a lot of pending orders. When I open them I see that they await payment. Some pending orders have been there for more than 3 weeks now. Should I ask support to release them or will that happen automaticly ? Thank you !
