No response after video verifrication
Hi Amazon,
Please help me. I had a video verification almost one month ago. I was informed by the representitve that I will recieve a response within 3-5 business days. I received an email a few days later stating that they will need to check with Government websites to confirm my identity. Since then, I have had no update. I feel like my case has been forgotten about and no one is responding to my emails.
PLEASE get back to me. I am not on a professional account so can't even call Amazon to discuss my account..
